1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing the extension, or using ChanneLS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ChanneLS for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
2. The service
ChanneLS provides tools for content planning, generation, scheduling, publishing, lead organization, campaign design, and connected-channel workflows. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops.
3. Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your login, activity performed through your workspace, and ensuring that people using the workspace are authorized. You control whether third-party accounts and browser installations are connected and must promptly revoke access you no longer recognize.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ChanneLS to spam, harass, deceive, scrape or process information unlawfully, evade platform protections, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, compromise accounts, or violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms. You must use reasonable outreach volumes and provide recipients with any notices or choices required by law.
5. Third-party platforms
LinkedIn, X, payment providers, AI providers, and other integrations are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. ChanneLS does not control their availability, permissions, approval decisions, rate limits, account restrictions, or policy changes. Using ChanneLS does not guarantee that a third-party platform will permit a particular action or keep an account unrestricted.
6. Content and automated output
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ChanneLS the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and transmit it to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and automated actions before use, including their accuracy, legality, originality, and suitability. AI-generated output may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice.
7. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid functionality requires an active subscription. Prices, included limits, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout terms state differently, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ChanneLS at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, abuse, or conduct that threatens ChanneLS, its users, or third-party platforms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
9. Availability and disclaimers
ChanneLS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, particular engagement results, revenue, lead conversion, third-party approval, or freedom from platform restrictions.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChanneLS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ChanneLS during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@getchannels.cloud.
